AgentRinger · Version 1.0 · Effective August 24, 2026 · Terms & Conditions

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and billing information.

Call data: for every call placed or attempted through the Service: both phone numbers, timestamps (UTC and callee-local), call duration, disposition, STIR/SHAKEN attestation, the number's do-not-call status at the moment of the call, and whether the attempt was blocked by a compliance rule.

Recordings and transcripts: for calls placed to destinations in one-party-consent jurisdictions, both sides of the call are recorded (dual-channel) and retained. Recording is automatically disabled for destinations in states requiring all-party consent — the dialer notifies you whenever a call is not being recorded. Transcripts may be generated by automated speech recognition; they are AI-generated drafts and the audio recording is the authoritative record. Every recording is hashed (SHA-256) at capture so its integrity can later be proven.

Lead data you import: the lists you upload, their source, import timestamps, and cryptographic hashes of the imported records.

Compliance attestations: policy documents you acknowledge, with your typed name, timestamp, and IP address as electronic signature.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service (dialing, billing, queue management); to enforce compliance rules (do-not-call enforcement, calling-hour limits); to maintain evidence records demonstrating the conduct of the platform and its users; and to improve the Service using de-identified, aggregated data only.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your lead lists, recordings, or transcripts with other customers or advertisers.

3. Retention

Call recordings and transcripts: up to 7 years, then the media is purged. Call metadata and cryptographic hashes of recordings: retained indefinitely, as evidence that the records existed and were not altered. Do-not-call records and compliance attestations: retained indefinitely, as required for telemarketing compliance. Billing records: per tax and accounting requirements.

Compliance records are append-only: the system is designed so these records cannot be edited or deleted through the application. This is intentional and is disclosed in our Terms.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Note that deletion requests cannot remove records we are required or permitted to retain for legal compliance purposes (including do-not-call records and compliance evidence), and append-only compliance logs are technically incapable of modification; where deletion applies, we delete what the law allows and document the request itself.

If you were called by a user of AgentRinger and want your number suppressed: email the same address with your number and we will record the opt-out. You may also tell the caller directly — the platform enforces direct opt-outs immediately.

5. Security

Data is stored on servers we operate with access controls and encrypted transport. Credentials are hashed; sessions are token-based; payment data is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers.

6. Third parties

We use subprocessors for telephony (call routing), payments, and transactional email. Each receives only the data needed for its function. Lead data you import remains governed by your agreements with your lead providers.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The version in force at any time is recorded with its cryptographic hash in our compliance records.
